Fruit or fresh juice
Citrus fruits, pineapple, apples, and kiwi contain acids that speed up the digestive process and neutralize the harm of fatty foods. Eat the fruit or drink freshly squeezed juice immediately after a meal and the day after overeating.
After overeating, don't wash everything down with water, don't drink alcohol, and don't starve the next day.
Eat light, hearty food rich in fiber and walk outdoors.
